Ministry of Beauty’s path
Ministry of Beauty opened it’s doors to people with Passion for Beauty in 2007 and has been supporting the Talents achieve their dream to work creatively in that field ever since.
The Academy was born as a response to those who approached me looking for the opportunity to learn directly from me. I always wanted to support those who share the same passion and share my knowledge and experience. But to do that i needed to provide them the right environment so they can learn in the very best conditions.
My long time collaboration with the Austrian Government and curating the image of some of its highest profile members led to an episode with the Prime Minister that gave the “title” to me and the name Ministry of Beauty the Academy.
Ministry of Beauty started as a Labour of Love and continues to be so, attracting the people mostly by the kind recommendation of those who have already learned at Ministry of Beauty and have taken the wealth of knowledge with them like from no other school available.
The goal of the School is to continue nourish and educate the Talent that wants to be professionally active in the World of Beauty, Advertising , Fashion and Entertainment Industry, or simply empower women and teach them how to achieve their maximum potential through the self-confidence that comes from looking their Best.

It stands for uncompromising high standard of working conditions for the students that in combination with the vast knowledge of its teachers allows the students to acquire the wealth of information that will prepare them for the challenges of their future professional activity. The approach is very personal and the school sees itself as much as a solid educational institution as much as a free creative laboratory.
In order to create Beauty it is necessary to understand it and know it in all its forms. Essential is to get to know its history and evolution and learn all the elements of it before starting creating new. And expanding the general culture and developing the skill of finding inspiration anywhere and everywhere and learning how to communicate it and translate it into an actual make-up is equally important. On top of everything the perfection of execution of that newly created Beauty and technical knowledge of how to get there is of the pivotal importance and the school focuses on that greatly through its extensive practice lessons. As a result, the students are richer in knowledge AND self-confidence that allows them create their own journey of success.

The school in Vienna accommodates the lifestyle habits of the students that live there and allows them to work or study during the week and come to the classes on the weekend (Professional Make up Course) The other Courses (Theater and Film, Body Painting,..) are condensed in weekly / every day classes .

Boris Cavlina
Boris Cavlina is an international Make up Artist of 31 years of experience in Beauty, Fashion , Advertising and Entertainment Industry with the long list of prestigious clients : Chanel, L’oreal, Swarovski , Vidal Sassoon, Dior, Asiance, Jane Fonda, Tatjana Patitz, Elton John , Robbie Williams, Anna Netrebko, Princess Gloria von Thurn und Taxis, Natascha Mcelhone, Christiane Hörbiger, Adriana Carambeu, Courtney Cox, Zhang Ziyi, etc…..
He worked as a contributor and Beauty Editor in “Victim” and “Kudos” Magazine in Milan / Italy and currently is a Creative Director of GOTHA Cosmetic in Milan / Italy actively working on developing future Beauty Trends for variety of world’s leading Beauty Brands.
He is the founder and the principal teacher of Ministry of Beauty Make up Academy.
Silvija Stojanovic
Silvija Stojanovic is a stylist and make-up artist with wide and long International experience and a unique signature of class, style and artistry to whomever she touches or teaches.The foundation of her work stands as Co-founder the Ministry of Beauty Zagreb – academy of make-up state-authorized and widely acknowledged across the region, as well as Tv, Film, Beauty, Fashion and Advertising Industry.
She has set a cornerstone in many projects of great value and fame across the globe (management, education and guidelines of Wafic Saab Academy Dubai; project New Dress Croatian Nova TV; design and supervision make up hair and styling for famous daily TV show INMagazin for Croatian Nova TV; key make up artist for Cro Films…). Among her ongoing projects is “Your face sounds familiar” where she has excelled in her skills as master of mask; expert columnist at Budi.IN and Cosmo beauty magazines/portals; many fashion shows and project with list of prestige well known and private clients: Escada, Kozmo, Woldford, Asiance, Dietpharm, Swarovsky, Vidal Sassoon, Dr.Hauschka, Styria International HR, Palmers, Casino At, Cro-a-porter, Robbie Williams..
Her expertise has launched her to establish her own team and wide network of co-workers and employees that guarantees style and class to all her clients.
